Berlitz is the world’s premier language services firm, providing expertise in language instruction and cross-cultural training throughout the world. Berlitz has been teaching languages for more than 130 years. Berlitz Japan opened in 1964, making us one of the most well-established language schools in Japan. We have language centers throughout the country in all major metropolitan cities, but the company is especially concentrated in the greater Tokyo and Osaka areas. Currently, Berlitz has approximately 1700 employees from over 50 different nationalities.
