Kyary pamyu pamyu, one of Japan’s pop culture symbols

December 17th, 2011By Category: Arts & Entertainment

Earlier this year, we introduced the model and singer, Kyary pamyu pamyu in “Kyary pamyu pamyu a big hit on You Tube“.

Kyary pamyu pamyu attended the “RUNE BOUTIQUE WORLD DEBUT PARTY” for her first live show in Los Angeles on Dec 9. About 6,000 people attended the event.

Kyary pamyu pamyu is becoming popular in foreign countries and has released a new song “Tsukema tsukeru (Wearing false eyelashes)” after releasing “PONPONPON” (see the previous article).

False eyelashes are very popular among young Japanese women who want to make their eyes look bigger.
