Chameleon Purple Soup

Materials:

  • 1/8 (200g) violet cabbage
  • Half an onion
  • 1 potato
  • 300cc milk
  • one tablespoon of consomme soup
  • one tablespoon of olive oil
  • Pepper and salt
  • Half teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda

 1. Peel potato skin and cut potato, violet cabbage and onion.

2. Put in heat-resistant container, cover it with wrap and heat for 6 minutes in microwave with 500watt.

3. Mix milk, olive oil and consomme soup in food processor or mixer. If quantity is big, mix separately.

4. Put in pot and heat. Add salt and pepper.

5. Mix 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda and one teaspoon of water to make green liquid, and add lemon juice to make pink liquid.

6. You can then decorate soup with green and pink coloring.
