Christmas lights and illumination displays are all over Japan in places such as Tokyo Dome City and Decks Tokyo Beach in Odaiba in Tokyo, Kobe Illuminage in Hyogo Prefecture, Sapporo Factory’s huge Christmas tree in Hokkaido and Nabana no Sato in Mie Prefecture.
Here are a few bright spots in Ginza.
The huge Christmas tree in front of MIKIMOTO main store is decorated with 22,000 LEDs and is lit up from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. until Dec 25.

Pink Christmas tree at Printemps Ginza
The title of this exhibition at Printemps Ginza is “Noel aux bougies.” “Bougies” means candle and lantern in French. The display theme is warm, sweet, and a candlelit homey Christmas.
Light-up time is from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. until Dec 25.

Illumination at Marronnier Gate entrance

The Christmas wreath at the main entrance of Marronnier Gate has various star ornaments and white, aqua blue LEDs. LED lines in front of the wreath look like shooting stars.
Christmas trees inside are decorated white, with aqua blue LEDs following the illumination at the main entrance.
The displays are lit up from 11 a.m. until 11 p.m. until Dec 25.

Coca Cola presents 2011 Yurakucho winter illumination
A winter illumination by Coca Cola has been on display at Yurakucho since Nov 18.
