Try this potato salad and gratin recipe

Jagarico is a popular potato snack made by Calbee. Did you know that you can make potato salad and gratin by mixing Jagarico and hot milk? The taste will differ depending on the flavor. Jagarico has salad, cheese, potato with butter, and seasonal flavors (Current seasonal flavor is green soybeans with cheese).

Here is how to make potato salad. You just warm the milk in a saucepan and pour it into a cup of Jagarico. Then you wait for 3 minutes and stir.

You only need Jagarico and milk.

Warm the milk without boiling it.

Pour into a Jagarico cup.


Wait for 3 minutes and stir.

Jagarico absorbs the milk, so it becomes mushy naturally.

If you don’t want to wait for 3 minutes after pouring the milk into a Jagarico cup, it is like eating warm potato salad. If you let it cool down, put it into the refrigerator, and take it out later, it will have almost a real potato salad flavor.

For a better taste, add salt, pepper and Worcester sauce. If you add cheese and cook it in a toaster oven, it becomes a gratin which tastes good as a filling for croquettes.
