In this recipe, we are using fresh peach, tomatoes and basils :-) and the health properties of these are as follow:

  • Peaches contain a goodly amount of potassium and also contain vitamins C and A. They havediuretic and laxative properties, aid in the stimulation of digestive juices, so you can stay slim :-)
  • Tomatoes are one of the low calorie vegetables containing just 18 calories per 100 g. They are also very low in any fat contents and have zero cholesterol levels. Nonetheless, they are excellent sources of antioxidants, dietary fiber, minerals, and vitamins. Because of their all-round qualities, dieticians and nutritionists often recommend them to be included in cholesterol controlling and weight reduction programs.
  • Basil herb contains exceptionally high levels of beta-carotene, vitamin A, cryptoxanthin, lutein andzea-xanthin. The herbs parts are very low in calories and contain no cholesterol, but are very rich source of many essential nutrients, minerals, and vitamins that are essential for optimum health.

It is very easy to make, and fresh ingredients bring so much happiness and nutrients into your body and soul :-)

By the way, I had a few people already trying the recipe and I had a great feed back on my FB Kumigar page too!

So Please try it out and let me know what you thought of it! :-)

P.S. If you are too lazy to make the dressing from the scratch, please consider using a regular Italian dressing (about 3 TBS) and add 1 TBS of tempura dipping sauce and grated garlic. :-)Because sold dressing may contain things that are not necessary for our body, I am sharing my personal Italian dressing recipe too! Hope you find it healthy!
