Did you guys enjoying watching the London Olympic Games?
I did! I know it is a little late to share this recipe, but staying up late at night watching Tv to cheer and support the athletes live, I had to come up with a late night snack recipe that would allow me to nibble something without feeling guilty.
I thought it is a great opportunity to use those silicon cups that my mom got me a while back, but when I flipped the pudding on a plate, it end up looking like a boobie. woops.
Memo: if you do not want to make the jam from the scratch, you can use store-bought jams (150g), and add the same amount of water in a pot, and cook until thickened but not too thick (will be too sweet). Even the thickness is a little runny, you can have it like a sauce too! I also tried with Kiwi jam, and it tasted amazing 🙂 You can try any flavour jam of your preference!
