Gap to open 1st Old Navy store in Japan

Gap Japan plans to open its first Old Navy store in Japan. The first store is planned to open at the DiverCity Tokyo Plaza in the summer. DiverCity Tokyo will consist of 154 stores and is scheduled to open its doors on April 19.

Old  Navy is a fast-fashion price-conscious brand initiated in 1994. It provides trendy fashion for men, women and children at cheaper prices than Gap. There are about 1,000 Old Navy stores in both the United States and Canada. The DiverCity Tokyo store is their first expansion beyond North America.
