Every felt constrained by the tight, high-pressured life of inner-city Japan?

Natsumi Hayashi was one person who did until she found a way out. In a photographic series entitled Yowa Yowa Camera Woman Diary, she has captured a number of fresh, startling and beautifully simplistic collection of images of herself levitating – free from the effects of gravity pulling her back down to everyday Tokyo life.

The photos, a few choice examples of which we have posted below, have attracted growing attention beyond her own blog where she keeps a constant stream of new updates. You can read an interview with her at Japan Real Time and a lot more examples here on My Modern Metropolis.
