March 1st, 2011By Category: Uncategorized

Hailing from Amsterdam and the heart of European techno scene is Shinedoe, one of the most accomplished mixers to break out with her unique mix of techno and house.

Shinedoe has been performing since the age of 15 and from there began mixing her African heritage with the music of the early 1980s to perform at clubs, in music videos and alongside bands such as Quazar and Warp, to name a few.

Since the mid-90s, she has been playing at all the big festivals, clubs and parties in the Netherlands, from Dance Valley to Awakenings.

Shinedoe spins a variety of funky groove minimal techno-sets with tech-house, Chicago, acid and Detroit influences. She likes to keep her sets interesting by combining different flows.

Shinedoe will be headlining Blue Source Vol .09 on Friday the 11th of March at WOMB along with a number of other major acts.

Doors open at 11pm and tickets cost 3,500. More info at the official page.
