Opening in 2013, Share Vie Mizue is a shared house residence consisting of 85 separate rooms and a large cafe on the ground floor which is open to all residents and their visitors. This unique building is inspired by surfing culture of 70′s California, while still leaving the wonders of Tokyo on your doorstep.

Simply bringing a single unit room into one single building however does not bring the benefits of shared housing life. What Share Vie Mizue is focused on, is a relaxed common space which is crucial for people to have casual conversation and make new friends in relaxed a atmosphere that feels like home.

One thing you can not get at home however is baker-prepared, fresh bread. After you have tried some of it at Share vie Mizue you`ll wonder how you ever went without it. The complex is home to a bakery cafe on the ground floor that provides residents (and their guests) with free fresh bread, everyday for breakfast.

The ground floor kitchen space provides you comprehensive facilities that would make a professional chef happy but if you are in a rush or are not the culinary type then there is also a small side kitchen for preparing quick meals in.

Next to the common lounge space, an office space for residents allows for work to be done in a professional, office-like environment, so also a perfect solution for those in Japan to study.

Conventional shared houses always come with shared bathrooms/shower, but the majority of Share Vie Mizue’s units accommodate individual bathrooms for each resident. Shared bathrooms are available for those who are comfortable with that arrangement.

The rest of the facilities are equally impressive, including a sound proof music room and small fitness gym, two facilities you are not going to find at similar priced rental property.

Share Vie Mizue is guided by the principle to have all tenants enjoy the benefits of living in shared housing, not just by having more options as to where to live, but with who you live with as well.
