Hi! I am a recently hired English instructor working at Coco Juku’s Miyazaki School. I would like to tell you about my experience living and working in this beautiful location!

First of all, I have been very impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the staff here. My school manager and colleagues have been extremely nice and helpful, and that has enabled me to settle in well into this new environment. Also, I absolutely love this town and the beautiful nature surrounding it. Miyazaki rocks!

About Miyazaki

This school is located in Miyazaki prefecture on Kyushu island, in Western Japan. Even after a few weeks, I am already very fond of the area. My favorite hobby in my free-time is to explore the city and the pristine countryside that surrounds it. This place is warm throughout the year and always full of excitement! There are wonderful beaches, historical temples, and numerous festivals throughout the year – which the locals will invite you to join and take part in. The people here are very friendly, and I am often invited to local events. Also, the local cuisine is amazing!
